TraxFast™ Locator Plus combines both simplicity and functionality to provide a system that maintains inventory balances at a location level. The TraxFast™ Locator Plus startup kit includes all you need to get started. One PC software license with CD to load on your Windows based PC, one Access Point and Wireless Mobile Computer to record your inventory at the point of activity. Also included are five barcode operator badges, five hundred barcode container labels and one thousand barcode location labels to be used in the automation of your inventory record keeping. With the easy-to-follow user manual you will have control over your inventory in days, not months.

Desktop Console:

The LocatorPlus Console is the information hub of the LocatorPlus system. All Maintenance, Inquiry, and Reporting features are access through the console.

All Maintenance and Inquiry screens feature "smart navigation" allowing you to see what you want faster. Select an Item and navigate from Warehouse, Location, Lots, Container, SN's, and Transactions only seeing data for the selected item. Select Location and only see data for that location, or combine criteria to focus your search further.

Reporting:

25 standard reports and the ability to create you own custom reports allow you to see the what, where, and when of you're warehouse operations.

Mobile Computing:

Real-time Data Collection using mobile computers with 802.11 WiFi communications ensures up to date accurate data is available at all times. Don't have WiFi in all parts of your facility, no problem, LocatorPlus detects network coverage loss and automatically switches to batch mode. When back in range data is automatically uploaded to network.

Receiving:

Receiving can be as simple as scanning an item and location barcode, or receiving multiple lots and/or serial numbers on a pallet.

Move or Pick:

Moving product is easy. Scan what your moving and where you want to move it. If moving multiple items scan each item to a pallet or "cart" and then selectively move items to another location or move all items at once. Picking works the same way but associates the product with an order and depending whether you stage product or not can deplete on-hand inventory.

Load/Ship:

When product leaves the facility the Load function records the action and depletes the on-hand. Product can be associated to an Order, a Carrier, and a Bill of Lading Number. Loads can be verified against what was picked or directly from shelf to truck. A packing list can also be printed.

Physical Inventory/Cycle Counting:

Physical Inventory can be as simple as you want it to be. Show what is in the system, visual verify, and press a button to count an entire location or require each count to be entered. On-hands can be updated real-time or posted after reconciling.

Inquiry:

The mobile inquiry functions put the data into the hands that need it. Find the who, what, where, and when. The complete history of a product, a user, a location, or an order is available.
